Payment can be made by paypal, certified check, wire transfer or cash in person. UPS'able items (smaller items) can be shipped for $20-$40. Larger items have to ship by truck and get get expensive depending on the distance ($200-$350) so it might make sense to pickup if you are close to the Buffalo or Niagara Falls borders.
